Controls, Accountability & Risk Management
The Controls, Accountability and Risk Management Office (CARMO) is charged with implementing the Regents’ Controls Initiative on the Berkeley campus. CARMO develops and coordinates activities and programs that are designed to promote a culture of accountability and ethical decision-making; help identify and mitigate risks to an acceptable level; and strengthen effectiveness and efficiency throughout the administrative side of campus activities.
