Berkeley Financial System (BFS) Focus Group

The BFS Focus Group consists of administrative managers, with at least one representative from each control unit. Meetings are usually held once or twice a month. The group provides input and advice to the Procurement and Controller's Offices on proposed changes to BFS, procurement, disbursements, travel and entertainment, and other accounting procedures and policies. They also inform and advise members of the group on related BFS and accounting issues arising across campus.
