Emergency Loans for Faculty

The Faculty Emergency Loan Program was created to provide short-term emergency loans to faculty members. These loans are granted to ameliorate unforeseen needs that would prevent faculty from carrying out their teaching duties.

Home Loans for Faculty

The University of California has housing loan programs designed to help offset the high cost of real estate in the Bay Area. These loan programs often provide financing at terms competitive with those of conventional lending institutions.
