Accessing the Online Cost Transfers Course

To learn about Cost Transfers:

  1. Log in to the Blu Portal (CalNet ID is required).
  2. Select UCB Learning Center from the Self Service area.
  3. In the Catalog Search field, enter the keyword managing cost transfers.
