Instructions
1) Log In to eBill
- From the eBill Login page, log in to eBill with your Customer User ID and your Password

2) Password Settings
- From the BFS Home page (eBill Payment page), click the 'Password Settings' tile button

3) Change Password
- From the General Profile Information page, click the 'Change password' link

- From the Change Password page, enter your Current Password, your New Password, confirm your New Password, then click the 'OK' button
Your New Password must contain:
- Eight (8) characters or more
- At least one lower case letter (a-z)
- At least one upper case letter (A-Z)
- At least one number (0-9)
- At least one special character (!@#$%^&*()_+|~=\`{}[]:";'<>?,./)

After clicking the 'OK' button, your New Password will be saved in the system, and you will be directed back to the General Profile Information page.
If any of the password requirements were not met, the system will generate an error message, and you will be directed back to try again until the password requirements are met.
