Instructions
1) Log In to eBill
- From the eBill Login page, log in to eBill with your Customer User ID and your Password
2) Password Settings
- From the BFS Home page (eBill Payment page), click the 'Password Settings' tile button
3) Change or Set Up Forgotten Password
- From the General Profile Information page, click the 'Change or set up forgotten password help' link
4) Select a Security Question
- From the My System Profile page, select a security question from the 'Question' drop down menu
5) Enter your Security Response
- After selecting a security question, enter your chosen response in the 'Response' field and click the 'OK' button
Your security question and response will now be saved in the system, and you will be directed back to the General Profile Information page.
