Use this guide if you have forgotten your eBill login password, but have previously set up your eBill password security question.

Instructions
1) 'Forgot your Password?' Link
- From the eBill login page, click the 'Forgot your password?' link

2) Enter your Email Address
- From the Forgotten Password page, enter your UC Berkeley email address in the 'User ID' field and click the 'Continue' button

3) Enter your Security Response
From the Security Question page, enter your response to your password security question in the 'Response' field and click the 'Email New Password' button

The Email Confirmation page then confirms that an email has been sent to you, containing a temporary login password for you to use.

4) Change your Password
- From the eBill login page, log in to eBill with the temporary password you received in the email
You will then be directed to an intermediary login page that says "Your password has expired."
- From the intermediary login page, click the 'Click here to change your password' link

From the Change Password page:
- Enter the temporary password you received in the email in the Current Password field
- Enter your New Password
- Confirm your New Password in their respective fields
- Click the 'Change Password' button
Your New Password must contain:
- Eight (8) characters or more
- At least one lower case letter (a-z)
- At least one upper case letter (A-Z)
- At least one number (0-9)
- At least one special character (!@#$%^&*()_+|~=\`{}[]:";'<>?,./)

A confirmation dialogue box will confirm that "your password has successfully been changed."
- Click the 'Yes' button to continue to the BFS Home page (eBill Payment page)
