Payment Plus

Overview

Our preferred method of payment is via US Bank’s Payment Plus. This electronic payment option allows for the secure delivery of payments and provides a key benefit that payment is issued within 2 business days of invoice approval, regardless of supplier profile payment terms. Originally designed for suppliers who accept credit cards, this program is also an option for suppliers who are not set up as credit card merchants.

Instructions

Upon enrolling, suppliers will receive an automated email for each payment. These emails will contain a link to a secure web portal where you will obtain a unique Visa credit card number, the amount to charge and the other pertinent details of the transaction needed to process and reconcile your payments. The credit card account will change with each payment so suppliers will not need to keep this information on file.
